Crypto exchanges with RUB P2P: Bybit, BingX, MEXC
The query “crypto exchanges with RUB P2P” is closed by competitors with Sber / Tinkoff / SBP listed for everyone. We write what we saw on 23 August 2026, and grey where we did not look.
2026-08-23 Checked 23 August 2026. If the exchange changes the rules tomorrow, this table can lie. Trust the date, not a “2026” headline.
P2P is not a card top-up. Escrow reduces, but does not kill, risk: a “relative” account, a reversed payment, a fake receipt. A guide that says “just tap buy” without this paragraph is harmful.
Statuses as of 23 August 2026. Not a ranking and not eternal ticks.

Who is fatter in rubles
Bybit usually has more offers. The 2026 downside: familiar bank names are often missing from filters. Read the bank in the order text. That is UI friction, not proof that “Bybit is blocked”. Rumour check — here.
BingX is enough for household sizes; on seven-figure clips check the book the same hour. Walkthrough — BingX P2P.
MEXC has RUB P2P; the market is usually thinner than Bybit. KYC policy moves: do not copy “no verification” limits from a July article.
OKX ruble depth comes and goes. Bitget gets Sber and SBP in other people’s tops — we have no order of our own, so no tick.
How not to land in a dispute
A test amount before a large one. Name match with the order. No transfer “to a friend” or “from another bank” unless the terms say so. The receipt wins the dispute, not the louder chat.
FAQ
Which exchanges still have RUB P2P in August 2026?
As of 23 Aug 2026 BingX and MEXC show RUB P2P. Bybit’s market is alive, but bank names are often hidden in the order text. OKX comes and goes. Bitget is unverified here.
Is P2P the same as a Sber card top-up?
No. A person sits on the other side; the exchange holds escrow. The board rate is not the rate after the bank fee and the seller’s headline.
Why is Sber missing from filters?
On Bybit and some other venues the bank is often in the order terms, not the filter. To a beginner that looks like “everything broke”.
